Christopher Seneca is a former U.S. Diplomat and National Security practitioner who served overseas in diplomatic and interagency missions and on the NYC Joint Terrorism Task Force. He served alongside the evaluators, operators, and acquisition pathways defense companies must ultimately persuade.

This is a structured evaluation — typically completed in four weeks — that gives us a shared picture of where your positioning stands before any deliverable is built. We baseline your current messaging, identify where it breaks down for federal buyers, and produce a prioritized roadmap for what needs to change
and why.

It’s the fastest way to ensure that what we build together solves the right problem. Otherwise you get materials that look right but don’t move decisions.
